Families and primary caregivers are connected to the necessary resources for the well-being of themselves and their children.

The ECC SLV uses the following strategies:

• Provide parent education and leadership opportunities.
• Bridge the gap between families, community and early childhood programs.
• Strengthen data collection/analysis on family support system.
•  Provide home visitation services to families.
