Why did I choose to work in the Early Childhood field?

Working in the Early Childhood not-for-profit sector is rewarding and intellectually challenging. Being an effective partner to the senior leadership team is guiding the organization to fulfill an ambitious mission is gratifying. Children are the future of our community, providing them with the tools they will need to be successful is imperative.
