Why did I choose to work in the Early Childhood field?

When I was in 2nd grade, I started tutoring my 1st grade friend on the bus ride home from school. My passion for working with children was born and I knew I would chase it for the rest of my life. I am inspired by our youngest population as they are naturally curious and resilient fostering lifelong connections that shape their future. As an ECMHC, I am now able to make a meaningful impact on the littles by supporting the adults and caregivers working closest with them.
