Why did I choose to work in the Early Childhood field?

When children are comfortable and free to learn, they gain invaluable and irreplaceable experiences. Learning involves more than just the brain- it involves experiences, habits, engagement, and relationships. I am focusing on reflective ways to approach and support classrooms in exploring best practices to foster a growth-based learning environment for children and families. I work to support relationship building and collaboration with providers and families. My goal is to share my love of learning and growth with other early childhood providers, families, and children so, together, we can all help them be successful.
