Why did I choose to work in the Early Childhood field?

Early Childhood is so important because a child’s development starts when they are young. Helping these kids will better set them up for success as they go on to pre-k and later onto high school and hopefully college. I chose this field because I love working with children and giving them a better opportunity for success.
